Cover Letter Coaching

Writing a cover letter can feel overwhelming. What do employers look for? How long should it be? What do you include? It can be tempting to hire someone to write it for you, but what happens when your new employer expects you to write in a style that doesn’t belong to you?

This service teaches you to write your own cover letter, which will stick with you throughout your career. Although you are the author, we will work together to create a cover letter template that can easily be modified each time you apply for a new job.

Interview Training

Interviewing can be awkward and uncomfortable. This package gives you the opportunity to build your confidence and refine your approach through feedback. I’ve conducted thousands of interviews and know what employers look for. It’s a competitive job market. Let’s work together to ensure you are standing out from the competition.

• An Interview Preparation Guide
• A list of interview questions you can use to interview employers
• A 30-minute mock interview
• Both verbal and written feedback
• A debriefing phone call following an actual interview

Job Seeking Strategy Support

Many questions can surface during your job search. How do you ensure you are prepared for any questions an employer might ask during an interview? What questions should you ask the employer? How do you negotiate a higher salary? Using my 10 years of experience on the hiring side I will help you approach the process as strategically as the employer.

This service includes a phone call to understand your questions and approach followed by providing you insight to help refine your strategy. The call can be based on any topic of your choice, including interviewing, how to use LinkedIn, leveraging informational interviews or any other topic related to the job search process.
